Hi Guys. I don’t know really know where and how to contact with Microsoft about missing parcel? My package should be delivered yesterday by  UPS and when I checked the  tracking number it’s showed me a picture of parcel next to a front doors. The only problem is that’s are not my doors. What to do and how to solve this issue with MS store?

Try to contact with UPS first to explain where is the parcel. If they will be unable to locate your parcel they will change the status in your Microsoft account(orders) from delivered to missing and then you will need to contact with Ms store to arrange replacement or refund. I’m afraid you need to contact with UPS first. Let me know which country you’re from and I will send you phone numbers for UPS and Microsoft Store customer service.

Happened to me few times with Ups as they left parcel with my neighbour, not even asked for that. You need to contact directly with  ups +443457877877 and firstly ask them to contact driver. If he will not be able to locate parcel then probably you need to open a lost item case. As @edjazoli25  said they need to change parcel status on Microsoft account by changing in they own system, then you can ask for refund or resend. Ms store number -08000260329

Hi guys, thanks for quick response. I’ve contacted with UPS and after opening an case for missing parcel they will contact with me in 48 hrs to advise what to do further. If it’s missing they will change it in my Microsoft account?

Hi guys. UPS said that parcel is missing and I have contacted Microsoft as you said. Now they send me a message saying that they need a  proof, screenshot of UPS email/decision. But UPS inform me over the phone, what to do now? I don’t know what to do? I’m worried that all my money and controller are 😞 lost. I don’t have any email from UPS.

Go to your Microsoft Account> orders> controller and you will see delivery status update. Should be “missing, contact with Support Team for exchange or refund”  send that to them. As well if you will go to UPS tracking website you will see update there as well, send it as well.

Hurray, today I have received and email saying that they resend controller. Should arrive on Saturday. Free delivery and £10 gift card to use in the future with Microsoft Store.
