Hi everyone. 
I’ve recently changed my broadband provider and yesterday was my activation day. So since then my Xbox not working, I mean I can switch it on but I can’t play any games as it’s showing problems with internet. What should I do?

@Suzan this is because I’m 100% sure you forgot to add new network in to your console. Go to Settings >Network > WiFi and put new name and password. You will find all the detailed on the back or bottom of the router. 
Let me know if this is the case?
