Using xbox console abroad | Region, Power, Games

Hi guys. We are going to France for 3 weeks for Christmas and I'm planning to take my xbox with me. So few questions:

1. Do I need to unlock console to use in France?
2. Can I take my games with me?
3. It will be safe to use the plug adapter from Uk to Eu?

You don’t need to unlock anything as Xbox is a lock free. When you will connect WiFi in France, simply change the region and restart console. 
All games in your library should works, but not sure with the discs. Probably not as they are locked to certain Region.

For power adapter, I’m not sure, however shouldn’t be a problem.

@Roddix you can use console wherever you want, this same with regional XGP. The games you own are locked to your region, in this case Uk, so you will not be able to use them in France. Power is not the issue, your console will be fine.

@Roddix and @Maxbox whatever game you own and taking disc with you, you’ll be able to play on your Xbox. You need to make sure that is installed in Uk and available in your library or external disc.

I’m travelling a lots and I can confirm that the games you own and carrying with you can be played anytime. The XGP content changing depends on the country you are in. 
Power is not the issue as well if you got a proper adapters( do not trust cheap Chinese fake alternatives)
