Wrongfully suspended YET AGAIN

So I was playing ranked play on call of duty vanguard today and we all know how frustrating cod can be. So anyways I was sitting here and I called the GAME a "bi***" twice again didn't say it to anyone directly and someone started harassing me and telling me to go f my mother so I told them to f*** off very bluntly and that was it. Now I go to join a party 2 minutes later and it says I'm unable to join and then I get the email saying I've been suspended for harassment and uttering threats!!! I've appealed it and 5 minutes later I was denied how can they do an "investigaton" in less than 5 minutes when they never even asked me for screen shots or never asked for any information and this is the fourth time this has happened. Like is there someone higher up I can email directly about this because I'm still paging for my xbox game pass ultimate and I don't even get to use 90% of the features that are supposed to come with it. This beyond unfair and I just wanna know if there is anything I can do to get my suspension lifted and finally have something done about me being suspended ever 2 months for almost a year and for no reason. Like I've been suspended for someone calling me the N word and I even reported him right then but I still got suspended for it and I had to wait like 2 weeks for that suspension and that was my second one I don't wanna know how long this one is

Tought bro, the only option is to wait.I know how bi*** system it is and the algorithm simply will pick up everyone that is reported by another party. Sometimes I hate another gamers that reporting you for "loose chat"- come on, everyone sometimes saying silly things, especially when in the battle! I'm not sure if you can go any higher. Hi mate, yeah I know the pain. The only option for you is to contact with the via Twitter @MicrosoftHelps

and try to solve the issue with them. I found this quickest and best way to resolve any issue, you can ask them for direct contact with Xbox enforcement team as well.

in this case note the dates/period of time you was unfairly suspended and after contacting with Microsoft ask them to compensate this time( extend your Ultimate free of charge) .

Twitter probably, however the best idea will be to have a chat over the phone with them. Remember to ask to be connected with Xbox enforcement team and they will have a look in to your account.
