Xbox One controller dose not want to turn on.

Hello, how to fix xbox one controller that does not want to turn on?  New batteries added, paired with the console as should be, but still  does not want to work?

So clarifying, new batteries, paired before with console( assuming if you can’t switch it on this time) and still nothing? What about if you use cable? Still nothing? Only when using batteries?

Try to connect via cable to the console and then run "controller update".

Check those metal springs where you are putting the batteries in. Sometimes over the time they goes loose there and need  a bit of bending back.

It's working fine via cable, plus all the updates are done as well. 
It’s only when trying to use without cable loosing power straight away. @JimiBoy Only when using batteries and they are brand new. 
What can be the problem though?

If the spring-loaded battery contacts are worn or bent, they won’t make good contact with the batteries. When that happens, the controller will fail to turn on, so check them. As well, are you using any battery packs or ordinary rechargeable batteries?

Still nothing, works ok with the cable but nothing with batteries. What can be wrong?

Its looks like then something is physically broken inside the controller that prevents it from turning on. The only option is to open the controller and have a look inside.

I found a  broken battery tabs inside, hopefully I can fix it... any idea if I can replace this part?
