Can't start the game | Tom Clancy's Division 2

Hello my friends.

Im trying to put Division 2 game on and and I have this message "Your connection to Ubisoft servers has been lost." Im trying again and its just showing "connecting " for last 10 min? Any idea what to do. I was playing yesterday without any issues.

To clear cache  you need to press the Xbox button on the console to power the console down, then remove the power cord from the back of the box.Press the power button again and keep holding for 15/30 seconds that will drain the power completely and clear the cache
