Account permanently suspended for reasons out of my control, is there a way to refund my purchases?

So basically what happened was I was hacked by a hacker, contacted support about 6 times, first got told everything was fine and my password was reset, everything was not fine and the hacker reset it, recontacted support, got told to wait 24 hours then contact support again, waited 24 hours and contacted them, got told that I would then have to wait up to 72 hours, and now after like a week of contacting support I was told that my account has gotten permanently suspended and I am now writing this at 3 am. As you can probably tell, I am very pissed that I had to wait a week, just to get told that my account is locked and everything I have done with the account for years is gone. I do not know what to do now, so I have resorted to the Xbox community. One of the things that sucks the most, is that on the game Minecraft, I have a lot of progress which I am willing to give up if needed (preferably not because I have cosmetics that cost even more money although they were gifted to me). I was wondering if there was any way to refund my purchase on the game, and maybe even keep my account. And if I do have to lose my account, would I be refunded for the real money gifted cosmetics I have been given? Because it would really suck to lose them and not be able to get them back. This is my last resort, so I am completely relaying on the community for help. Thanks for reading this ridiculously long message, and please if you know anything tell me.

Sorry to hear that. 
So when you saying that someone hacked your account we are talking about MS account that you are using with your Xbox?

Remember than Minecraft as a game can be reached not only from Xbox and your Minecraft account is not affected. This same probably with most of the games like Fortnite, Roblox etc. 

All your gifts are saved on the game server. If that will be me, I will contact with Xbox support( use Twitter for quicker response) again and ask them to setup a new account for you, or simply open another account with good password, I mean gooooood password and then log in back to your Minecraft and another non Xbox games.

If they hacked your game account, then you could contact with Game support and ask them for refund or even track the account and give it back to you, however it’s along road and you will need to prove that you paid for the purchases( bank/card invoices, screenshots etc) 

Sorry that I can’t help anymore and hoping you will find a solution shortly 

BTW- it’s better if you could register and add rss( notifications) so any replys will be displayed directly on your Pc .

Plus you will have access to chat and private rooms.

What a sh..ty  story, The Xbox should block account straight away and produce new credentials for you! If hacker was able to access your email then of course he will set up  new password for himself. 
 Maybe it’s worth to contact with them again and yes, Twitter as @edjazoli25 mentioned is the better place to get quicker response. Explain what happens and maybe they could setup new account and transfer all the games for you. 
As well with some third party games like Fortnite, Minecraft you can stil mange your account from different devices. So go to your pc, mobile log in to Minecraft account and change your password or even set up new email address

If you have all the digital receipts etc, YES, however you need to contact with Minecraft customer support

No, you will not receive any real money refund for items that was gifted to you.
