How to load game on original Xbox.

I have an original xbox, but I can not seem to load a game on it. I can not even find an option to load it. Is there a certain way to do this ?

If your Xbox games won't load maybe try to update your console and restart it.

If the issue persists, reset your Xbox console but remember to choose " keep your games and apps."

Two things, clean disks and clean the optical lens on the disk drive first. 

Eliminate as many scratches and smudges on the disk itself, you can buy a disc cleaning kits but obviously they won't clean severe scratches. 

Cleaning the optical lens is a little trickier, so I would start with the first easy option-open up the CD tray with cd and give the insides a good blast with compressed air(you can buy some cheap aerosol cans).

Have the Xbox upside down or the CD tray pointing down...anything to make sure the dust doesn't just resettle on your lens.

If that doesnt work, you may want to try digging deeper into the CD drive itself, but let's see if this works first!
