XGP discounts and prices in different regions?

Good morning everyone. 
When I’m going to my Uk Xbox store and checking for prices they will be this same in different regions? I know that probably the currency will be different, but what about the discounts percentage? If in Uk I’ve got 60% for Cyberpunk, as an example, this same discount will be in France, Germany etc??

Prices will vary from region to region, not only the full prices will be different but also the discount value. I know it’s crazy but personally I think that Xbox taking in the account the region currency, economical growth and even time of different holidays etc.

Ok, understand. Probably will start using VPN and get some games from different regions.

TBH, I was buying few games form @ BLacKK  and the service was great, really good value and step by step how to install a game in your region.
