Checking junk emails and safety?

I’ve two questions.

First, do you checking your Junk emails and if so, how often?

Second, is safe to open email from Junk Folder?

I'm checking my junk mail every few days as they can be some important emails there...And yes, as @Niebieska mentioned, you'll be perfectly safe if you open a junk mail...But remember to not click on any links or download any files.
