I have this same question, do you have EA account? If not, you should be able to open one while firing up the game.

I have EA account for long time now, since the EA games was introduced to XGP. I don’t know why asking me again about the account? 
Im online and also signed in with my Xbox account so EA should be automatically connected, yes?

Yes, it’s correct, the accounts should be synced. Try to disconnect internet and log out from your Xbox account, the connect broadband back and log in again. You can do reset as well…

I had that too so I found this online 

Go to games and apps- click FIFA 23 > Manage section> Delete the 1.0gb of saved data> Then hard reset and  it should work

You can try to boot up the trial.

Choose to "play trial" then immediately press the Xbox button and go back to the  Home Screen. Give it 20-30s , go   back into the game and it will once again make you choose "play trial", except this time it should skip the validation error and let you in.
