As in the title, what is the best place you as a gamer getting all your games/ passes and accessories?

Regards your question, 

1. Most accessories I’m buying directly from Xbox/Microsoft store. 
2. Games from CDKeys and G2A. I must add that one of our VIP sellers @ BLacKK   here on forum can offer really good value games . 
3. Passes- again, it’s depends on the price and offers but usually CJS-CDKeys and Eneba.

So if I use CDKeys etc I can still buy games for different region or I need to use this VPN?

You can choose your region and only use VPN as an opinion if you can find cheaper deal in different country.
