Xbox sucks because of no communication

I have spent so much money over the years for my kids and their Xboxes and all the subscription and extra money way back to when my 21 year old was 10.

Anyway my son has tourettes and he is 11 and he has had some relief with moderate screen time and i purchased a series x and it cost me heaps on Telstra contract 

The previous console was factory reset i thought but the new owners of the series S were still using my son's account as well as the fact if he sent a msg back to some cyber bullies who then sobbed him in it's because the family safety was not doing its job that i downloaded.

 

Left with a debt and Telstra won't take any responsibility and the case was closed over him saying fag and saying b but not bitch just b and a couple other things how can Microsoft punish me because i have a debt and no console for son when A) other people were still using his account for ages my son even liked that they won a level or three and they used my card for purchase B) my son has tourettes and i didn't know the family safety wasn't working correctly they knew he was a child so how did the chat settings allow him to say anything 

 

Anyway having no support services to talk to no contact after case review declined sux and left me in debt i will never support Xbox again they suck

Hi @Guest xboxsucks I was considering for a while if I should approve your post. I only approved as I can see that it’s not really Xbox fault. I can assure you that after full factory reset no data will be left on your sons old console. As well Xbox got nothing to do with your broadband supplier etc. 

I know that Xbox could be slow with respond etc this is why our forum exists, as a examples

You should suspend your son account and disconnect your cards from MS account. They will investigate everything and in the meantime you should contact with your credit card supplier.

It’s up to parent to setup correct level of security for they kids.

I know how difficult is to keep your metes under control but you or your son should never use offensive language etc

@Guest xboxsucks really it’s nothing to do with Xbox. More like your broadband supplier and you not setting up safety features for your child and account. You should never place your boy in charge of your account, card etc. As soonest you saw any extra charges you should unlink your card from your main account etc.
