manymany
And my second question. If I connect an external hard drive to my Xbox One S, will I be able to copy a game to it and then run it on another console? Translate Revert translation? Hassanaq
@manymany you can take games on your hard drive and use on another console my friend but you need to sign in to your own account. You can't give copied games to your friends etc. Translate Revert translation? Administrator edjazoli25 Posted January 21, 2023 Administrator Share Posted January 21, 2023 Yes you can, however it will works only on digital copies. If you have cd copy you need take cd with you and insert in the console as cd contain the key for a game. Translate Revert translation? manymany
ok, but in this case I don't need any external drive. I can go to my friend console, log in to my account, insert disc and then simply play the game, yes? 20 hours ago, Hassanaq said: You can't give copied games to your friends etc. ?? VIP Solution Rockboy Posted January 22, 2023 VIP Solution Share Posted January 22, 2023 @manymany Yes, it’s true you dont need any external hard drive to play your games on your friends Xbox. But games need to be installed on his console first to be able play. It will take you some time depending on his/her broadband speed. With external drive transfer taking few seconds, max 15s I will say and you can play straight away. You can always add him to your family setups so he can use your XGP if you have one, but then, in my opinion, you need to trust him etc. 3 hours ago, manymany said: You can't give copied games to your friends etc. It’s mean you can’t simply transfer your games to your friend account, even from the hard drive. They always will be associated to your account. Of course you can give him your cd and then he can play, but only when physically he will put disc to his console. Translate Revert translation?
