Maxbox
Problem with disconnecting pads in Series X. I’ve got original pair of pads purchased with the console. In last 1.5 years I haven’t experienced any issue with them but now, for the past few days, it goes off on average once in half an hour. What could be the cause? Can I still use console warranty? Premium Roddix Posted January 26, 2023 Premium Share Posted January 26, 2023 Change batteries for new set. I’ m afraid the controllers are only covered by warranty for 90 days and even if they will be covered for full manufacture warranty that will be only 12 month anyway. Translate Revert translation? Administrator edjazoli25 Posted January 26, 2023 Administrator Share Posted January 26, 2023 Have you connect anything extra to console recently? And yes, change batteries. Maxbox
Ok, so warranty is gone I haven’t connected anything extra to console itself. And batteries are ok, always fully charged. Today was ok for like 1 hr and then disconnected again. Put on charger and after that was ok and again 30-40 min disconnected?? Translate Revert translation? Maxbox
Sorry my mistake when describing batteries, I don’t have batteries, I’m using this charger with special inserts. How I can replace them and how I can test them? Translate Revert translation? Saber
@Maxbox not sure about testing but definitely you can get new battery pack. As well you can simply put normal AAA batteries and test the controller?😬 Translate Revert translation?
