Recurring payment issue for Xbox

I have disabled online payments for xbox while ago, which means that the payment will not be taken, yes? So I used codes for few months but now decided to turn on online payments. Card was accepted, the money was taken, but no active XGP? Only showing this message "you already have this product, this subscription is associated with past due balance " I press correct now and nothing happens xD what to do?

In my opinion, the best solution would be to log in to Microsoft in Google browser and write messages to support.

I have used another card( MS took another monthly payment??)and its ok now, I have XGP but the first payment from first card was still taken? I'm confused now...

@Carl03 this is because you may have own some payment last time, is there was a time when you cancelled your occurring payment before and was still able to use XGP? normally you are about to use it for a month or so but then after reactivating again it will take one payment ahead.

If not, the best idea is to call Customer Service and they will be able to help you.

Yeah, that can be right bro, It’s looks like payment for last time when I stopped paying. I was still able to play for a whole month. It’s a bit cheeky but yeah, understand.

You know you can go and buy cheaper XGP for 6-12 months as a code… It work out cheaper over the time. I need to start looking one for myself though.
