Where to buy cheap Game Pass Ultimate?

In two weeks time my XGP Ultimate subscription will end, so now few questions. 
Where I can buy cheap Ultimate?

Is there a way to get more Ultimate in cheaper way? I heard about Xbox Gold converted to Ultimate for 3years for something like £100??

Please reply only with tested ways.

Definitely you can do it somehow as I saw people talking about this online. Unfortunately no idea step by step how to do it to works.
