Hey everyone how is going, I have a question.

If I took my xbox 1s to a another house do I need to connect it to their WiFi to play games on it like jackbox?

Hi Brian 👋 Basically it depends: i don't know about this particular game, but you're unable to use some of the functions while offline. Here's the official Xbox support notice on the matter. You can check the features you're interested in.

Hi Brian, answer is YES, you need WiFi connection to play Jackbox. However lots of different games can be accessed without broadband(especially single person mode)  if you follow certain steps.

Yes, you need it for Jackbox and most of the live games with multiplayers option.

Thanks, what are those steps to play offline and which games I can play while away without broadband?
