The backup is used to store everything you want
including settings etc.
So that has to be all
Of course I can be wrong, but if you don't try you won't find out, but you can also wait for other answers

Hi @Thamas, yes it’s possible, you have 3 options for that. 
1. Cloud transfer/back up.

2. Physical external hard drive.

3.Two console transfer. 
You should be able to move any data – be it saves, games, or settings.

Hi again, so I've tried to do a profile/setup backup and I don't know why I can't do it.Maybe Im doing something wrong?Could you send me an instruction how to do it guys? Im almost 100% sure I'm doing everything correct way.

its not very tricki as you can see, but you must remember as well  to format your hard drive as you can't  keep on it any other data or files than xbox .

So maybe this is the problem?

Remember as well that the storage must be USB 3.0 or faster and 128 GB or larger. Make sure you format it for use with Xbox games and apps.

So use proper usb 3.0 dysk and cable...
