Sometimes this message pops up when the Xbox Live status is down, so you should check that on the xbox page. Some people try to play online games without buying Xbox Live Gold service and you have to buy the services if you want to play online on any Xbox console. Sometimes Xbox looses the WiFi connection and the message "sign in the Xbox Live" can pop up. It is advisable to use a direct connection to your router (via cable instead WiFI). To play online you have to have Xbox Live Gold, internet connection and Xbox Live status has to be ONLINE. Hope this answers your question 😉 Translate Revert translation?
