Where I, my nephew can quickly check the „xbox Live” status on the Xbox console? It’s like not working correctly for last few hrs?

On your console you will be only able to check the status of your subscription.

Thank you so much @Jack I realised that broadband must be quite strong as well.Any recommendations?

Xbox Console's tend to lose the WiFi connection, if it is possible try to use a direct connection via cable. That way you will not have any trouble with the internet

Ok @GMd4d now I can see what  you mean, We’ve connected now with yellow internet cable.
