Most of the gamers really looking after themselves, I’m doing lots of running and Peloton bike almost everyday. As well, I always saying that exercises are part of our life and all the gamers should find 15-20 min a day at last to do High Intensity Workouts. Thamas Posted January 28 Share Posted January 28 I am a member of our local athletic club, however at the moment it's closed so I'm running myself in the park.As well I've got few weights in the garage and doing lots of press-ups. Never smoke, however as a teen drinking and partying with friends sometimes.
