Gamer’s Breakfast?

Good morning.
Today I would like to ask you to describe in a few words your breakfast and whys it like that ??
I know that this may be a "strange" topic, but many gamers really treating seriouslly healthy eating and a healthy life.

Ok,  little bit about my breakfast now.
I have two types of breakfast:
The first one is an any version of eggs plus coffee. (It's sounds like a little portion, however is enough for me to surviwe until 1pm.)
The second type, which is my basic breakfast during the week, are multi-seed crackers with crunchy  peanut butter and fresh strawberries on the top x 3 plus coffee.
Why this type of breakfast?, low sugar (white death) and a lots of natural fats and proteins.
I would like to add that I'm "fasting" - delaying breakfast until 10-11 am (as our ancestors did,  first the farm and feeding  animals in the morning, and then us).

Hi, I'm not really a gamer but I love porridge for breakfast with teaspoon of Manuka honey and handful of mixed nuts. Of course porridge must to be with milk no water.

You know, typical breakfast, pancakes with syrop and bagel with bacon and glass of orange juice.

Yep, I'd love pancakes as well with jelly, plus one of my favourite is peanut butter jelly toast & glass of cold milk.

I can see few American Style breakfast here, and as I'm from Uk and I love the Full English I know that is so bad for me (driving lorry)and I'm only going twice a week for this delicious treat(3x bacon ,2x egg, 2x hash brown, 2x sausages, beaked beans, brown toast, mushrooms )😋.But most of the days I'm doing healthy option as porridge & milk plus coffee. On the side, bowl of fruits.💪

Wow guys nice breakfasts I must say and @Paulx5 yes I love Full English as well(normally Saturday brunch for us) lol

Mine is very simple, coffee, banana, and granola with peach. Over weekend I’m going for full English as probably most of us in Uk.

I’m not a breakfast person, but if I really need it I will go for a banana and chocolate milkshake.

Depending what hotel I’m in, but most of the time  it will be lots of fruits and nuts. Coffee and croissant.
