Switching controller between console and mobile/Pc.✔︎

Just wondering if it’s any chance that I can switch my controller between console or mobile without using sync  over and over again?

Yes, however you can't find any information on official xbox website,?

Try to sync you controller with console first, then w with Pc/mobile.

After that you should be able to switch between Pc/console using steps below

• Hold"sync" button to recall last Pc/mobile device (will flash 2-3 times)
• Double-tap"sync" to switch back to your xbox console(will flash once)

I heard some rumours about this feature, however I think it’s only available with new seriesX/S controllers. What about elite2 controllers?

That’s something new, will try it straight away. Great tip. Can you use it with older controllers from one S?

It’s works with new series X/S controllers only.

Not sure with Elite2 controller.Maybe worth to ask @edjazoli25  to test it for us as I know he bought one recently.

Confirmed, works on new controller. Not sure about Elite2.

Can confirm that Elite2 do not works with this “switch” option. Just tested with iPhone and seriesX console. 
Maybe in the future with Elite3 will be available for us to use....
