Usually easy and straightforward process, using super thin vinyl with bubble free application. https://www.wrappz.com/skins/console-skins/xbox-skins/xbox-one-skins Another option, probably more expensive and more tricky to find( you need to send your console and accessories to the artist) its airbrushing.
