Hello, I bought Xbox One X Cyberpunk 2077 version. This set comes with a digital game for free and the code is supposed to be attached to the console but when I’m trying to install it’s sending me to shop to buy the game ??? It should be, I guess for free if I'm not wrong? Am I missing something?

I bought a new Xbox card online and redeemed a code to buy a few games. My balance hasn’t changed so I waited few hrs as I thought that “balance update” will take a while. But nothing happens so I restarted my console then unpluged the power and left it out for a few minutes and still nothing. No changes to the balance? Please help me, any advices?

I‘m thinking of selling my son’s Xbox One X Gears of War Edition (DISC console)as we are going for series S. I’d prefer not to completely factory reset as it will delete the digital Gears of War games that have been downloaded onto the console. Instead I have deleted the Xbox user account on the console and also removed the credit card details from Microsoft account. If I leave as it is, the games are on there and I’m assuming the new owner can play them when they Sign In with their own user account? QUESTION IS, IS THIS SAFE OR AM I REALLY BEST TO FACTORY RESET AND LOSE THE GAMES to prevent possible identity fraud? Thanks.
