    Xbox refund time issue

    Can anyone help please? My son purchased a game yesterday, then changed his mind. In 5 minutes tried to get a refund as he wanted to purchase a subscription instead but they declined it due to exceeding amount of refund in a year?? (even though he hasn't done it before?). He had to fill out a Web form to request a refund again and it told him they will respond in 24hrs but haven't yet? What do you think the likeliness is of him being issued a refund, he never touched the game?

His birthday is coming soon and I'm thinking about buying an Xbox, but here's the problem, I don't know anything about it. Which model is better to buy? Is it better to buy an Xbox with games or separately? The price doesn't matter because I want to thank him for my birthday present💝 Thank you for your advice!     Can’t change resolution on Xbox series S

    Hello all. I'm having an issues with my xbox one S. I'm stuck in 640×480 resolution I've been looking for hours on ways to fix this and I've had no luck. I've had to reset my resolution because the TV wasn't detecting the hmdi,now its come on and won't let me change the resolution to 1080p??Any help/tips how to fix it?? thanks.

    I have spent so much money over the years for my kids and their Xboxes and all the subscription and extra money way back to when my 21 year old was 10. Anyway my son has tourettes and he is 11 and he has had some relief with moderate screen time and i purchased a series x and it cost me heaps on Telstra contract The previous console was factory reset i thought but the new owners of the series S were still using my son's account as well as the fact if he sent a msg back to some cyber bullies who then sobbed him in it's because the family safety was not doing its job that i downloaded.     Siemka, od momentu jak zresetowałem konsole, Xbox One X, wyskakuje mi taki komunikat. "Nie możesz używać czatu głosowego ze względu na ustawienia prywatności twojej konsoli". Sprawdziłem w ustawieniach na Fortnite i Warzone i mam normalnie włączony mikrofon. Coś nie tak ze słuchawkami?

    So basically what happened was I was hacked by a hacker, contacted support about 6 times, first got told everything was fine and my password was reset, everything was not fine and the hacker reset it, recontacted support, got told to wait 24 hours then contact support again, waited 24 hours and contacted them, got told that I would then have to wait up to 72 hours, and now after like a week of contacting support I was told that my account has gotten permanently suspended and I am now writing this at 3 am. As you can probably tell, I am very pissed that I had to wait a week, just to get told that my account is locked and everything I have done with the account for years is…
